Grand Ledge, MichiganKat has a wealth of experience and expertise, as one of her first leaps into the industry was building her own company in telecommunications, educating and advocating for thousands of cellular and wifi infrastructure being built all over the US.
Her decades of project development experience led her to a new path in renewable energy, working for 10 years in and alongside some of the largest solar developers in the world. Kat sought out to yet again build another company, Solar Ladies Consulting.
Kat is also a State of Michigan RE Broker and Notary. In 2015, Kat came into the light and started utilizing her skills following her passion in renewable energy and for Mother Earth. Kat was one of the first in Michigan to drive an electric vehicle and still does and this year added a pair of E bikes to her garage. She excels in community engagement contributing to opening doors for solar development in her home state of Michigan.
Kat's favorite aspect of developing solar is the perfect partnership with agriculture and pollinators, pressing to add pollinator gardens at all of the sites she works on.
